The total price of your commission is depending on complexity and fees!

Emotes

  • $15+

  • 300/112px sizes

  • $10+ for files bigger than 300px

  • can pick from YCH examples or custom one

Animated Emotes

  • $15+

  • 320/112px sizes

  • $10+ for 500px

  • basic animations (shake, rave, ect.) will be base price

Badges

  • $15+

  • $8-15+ for recrolor/minor add-ons

  • $15+ per unique badge

  • 300/72px sizes

  • $10+ for bigger than 300px sizes

Icons

  • $20+

  • icons will come in 500x500 px 300 dpi format and will be circle/rounded square to fit social media profile pictures.

Panels

  • $15+ each

  • all panels come in 500x320px sizes.

Logo

  • $50+

  • $20+ for monochrome variant

  • will come with a standard and a simple version.

When you commission me, you agree to these terms of service.

Please read before ordering a commission from me, TOS is subject to updates as needed.

GENERAL

  • I have the right to turn down a commission for any reason.

  • By commissioning me, you agree to all Terms of Service.

  • I do not take commissions with a written description of the character, please provide references.

PAYMENTS

  • Payments must be made in FULL before I start the commission.

  • Partial payment is available, please bring it up to me before the invoice is sent.

  • Invoice includes a payment processing fee.

REVISIONS

  • Max of 3 free revisions of SKETCHES - complete reworks will cost of the amount of the original work.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • The general turnaround time for delivery is 1-3+ weeks.

USE

Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale. You may pay to have rights for commercial use and resale. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork.
WITHOUT commercial purchase, the CLIENT is allowed to:

  • Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use.

  • Print the art for themselves, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

  • Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

  • Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me.

  • Making my work into NFTs are prohibited.

  • My artwork may NOT be used for AI purposes.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • If you redistribute the commissioned works without paying the release fees/royalty agreement, I reserve the right to decline future commissions and blacklist you.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • Promote myself within any place or site.

  • Publish artbooks/etc with using the piece.

  • To display or post it where and whenever I like.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial Fees:

  • FULL: Additional 3x price for artwork that will be sold as merchandise ex: pillows, prints, keychains, etc.

Emotes & Sub badges are allowed for subscription-based profit on streaming platforms. They may not be resold or mass-distributed.

COMMUNICATION

  • Communication will be through Twitter, Bluesky, or VGen DMs (@YukiVtuber).

  • I will send you sketches for approval before I move on to finalizing the commission.

  • I will not continue the work until the sketches are approved, so lack of communication on the Client's side and delays with approving the work will result in late delivery and will be the Client's responsibility.

REFUNDS

  • The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.

  • If I have any issues completing your commission, you will receive a refund as that is on me.

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a chargeback.

I do

  • Any gender, but I'm more comfortable with females.

  • Anime/Game characters.

  • OC's.

I won't do

  • IRL people.

  • Some animals.

  • Mecha.

  • Complex armor.
